Machine Dukan provides reliable, insured transport delivery across all 28 states and 8 union territories in India (Pan India), as well as export deliveries to neighboring countries including Nepal and Bhutan.

2. Processing, Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing & Testing: Standard machines in stock (e.g. Paper Plate Single/Double Die, Agarbatti Machines, Slipper Presses) undergo factory quality testing and are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after booking.

- North India & Delhi NCR: 1 - 3 Business Days.
- East & Central India (Bihar, Jharkhand, UP, MP, WB): 3 - 5 Business Days.

3. Transport Partners & Delivery Tracking
All machinery is safely packed with protective wrapping and wooden framing (if required) and dispatched via verified logistics and transport networks (VRL Logistics, TCI Express, GATI, Safexpress, or direct full/part-truck loads). Customers receive a LR (Lorry Receipt) / Bilty tracking number via WhatsApp/Email immediately upon dispatch.

- Transparent Transport Rates: Freight charges are calculated strictly based on actual logistics distance and machine weight. Clear shipping quotes are provided upfront before order booking.
