1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

At Machine Dukan, we manufacture high-precision, heavy-duty industrial machinery built to international quality standards. Customer satisfaction and operational peace of mind are paramount to us.

Because our products are commercial industrial machines (such as Paper Plate Machines, Agarbatti Units, Wire Nail Machines, etc.), returns and replacements are governed by the following criteria:

  • Transit Damage or Manufacturing Defect: If your machine arrives with transit damage or a verified manufacturing defect, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos. We will immediately dispatch replacement parts or replace the unit free of charge under factory warranty.
  • 7-Day Inspection & Support Guarantee: Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of transport delivery to inspect the machinery and report any mechanical anomalies.
  • Condition for Return/Replacement: Returned components or machines must be in original condition, unused for commercial production, and accompanied by the original invoice and warranty card.

2. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Approved Refunds: In cases where a machine replacement is verified as unfeasible due to irremediable manufacturing defects, a full or partial refund will be issued.
  • Refund Mode: Refunds are processed directly back to the customer's original bank account, UPI, or NEFT/RTGS payment source.
  • Processing Duration: Approved refunds are credited within 5 to 7 working days after inspection and approval by our engineering department.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged In Transit: Machine Dukan covers 100% of return transport/freight charges if the machine component is verified as defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Buyer-Initiated Change of Mind: For custom-fabricated machinery or orders canceled after dispatch due to buyer site readiness issues, transport/freight fees incurred will be borne by the buyer.
